Shipping & Return Policy

Return policy for prints and reproductions

I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on prints and reproductions unless there is a problem with your order. See below:

If your order is incorrect (misprinted), damaged or defective then please let me know within 7 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing a report that includes photos to hello@courtneykyle.com. We will work with my supplier (Printful) based on the below policy:

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at our expense. 

If a shipment is returned to Printful due to wrong or insufficient address input, then you are liable for the cost of re-shipping and you are not eligible for a refund. If a shipment goes unclaimed and it is returned, then you are liable for the cost of re-shipment and you are not eligible for a refund.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Return policy for original artwork

If you purchase an original artwork and you are not completely satisfied with the art, then please return the work within 14 days. 

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to opt for a signed delivery service. 

I will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged post delivery. 

You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.

After I have received the artwork, if the above conditions are met, I will issue a refund back to your original payment method for the full purchase price of the goods returned. 

Returns process for original artwork:

  1. Please email hello@courtneykyle.com to notify me of your return, please provide a description and reason for your return and I will get back to you with a return address. 

  2. Please use a signed deliver service for returns, as I will not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach me. 

  3. Your refund will be issued once the item has been received and checked.

Shipping

When will I get my order?

For prints and reproductions (supplied by Printful) it usually takes 3 to 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped to you. Shipping time then depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-4 business days

  • Europe: 6-8 business days

  • Australia: 2-14 business days

  • Japan: 4-8 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

For original artworks, your order will be packaged and ready for shipping within 3 days. Estimates for arrival times are:

  • USA: 5-10 business days

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • Australia: 5-15 business days

  • Japan: 5-15 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

If you are ordering an original work of art, I will reach out to you to confirm shipping details before shipping, and will provide a tracking number for your order. 

Where will my order ship from?

If it is a print or reproduction, your order will be shipped from Printful’s nearest fulfillment company—they have facilities worldwide.

If you have ordered an original artwork, it will ship from the United Kingdom. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should be here now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help me out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package

  3. Stop by your neighbors incase the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch at hello@courtneykyle.com with your order number and details. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for shipping and reproduction costs. 

Orders

How are your products made?

For prints and reproductions, I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper called Printful. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that they can do it most efficiently from! 

Original artworks are created by me using materials that include but are not limited to canvas, paint, posca pen. Any artwork you purchase will have materials and dimensions listed in the description. You are always welcome to email me at hello@courtneykyle.com to ask any questions about materials I use.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at hello@courtneykyle.com.

I received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do? 

If the product you ordered arrived damaged, please email me at hello@courtneykyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include details and photos of the damages. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email me at hello@courtneykyle.com within 24 hours.

If you order a print or reproduction item, please know that I cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it goes through my supplier, Printful. It is best that you double check your order before submitting. 

If you order an original artwork and decide to cancel within 24 hours, email me and I will cancel your order and issue a refund.
